Ozark Mountain Leather

Ozark Mountain Leather is a small family-owned leather shop in Arkansas. Our products are handcrafted in our shop by our family using quality full-grain leather. We specialize in custom rifle and shotgun slings, Bible and book covers, bags, gifts, and other leather goods made to be used and enjoyed for years.

Most of our leather goods are made to order after your purchase. We do not mass produce our custom products or keep them sitting on a shelf. Your leather is cut and your item is crafted after your order is placed. If you need something sooner, visit our Ready-to-Ship collection for items that are already finished.

Most of our leather goods are made to order, and production time varies throughout the year depending on order volume. Our current production time is posted at the top of our website, and we update our “The Week Of” shipping notice each week so you can see which order dates we are currently working on.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive another email with tracking information when your order ships. We typically do not send additional status emails in between unless we have a question or need more information about your order.

If you do not see your order confirmation or shipping confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder and make sure you are checking the email address used when placing your order.

If your firearm already has sling swivel studs or sling swivels, start with our Rifle Slings or use our Rifle Sling Visual Customizer to see your choices come together before ordering.

If your firearm does not have sling swivel studs, or you don't want to drill or modify it, take a look at our Shotgun Slings, which are our no-drill sling options for firearms without sling swivels.

Measure the actual closed Bible or book in inches for height, width, and thickness. Please use a ruler and measure the physical book yourself rather than using dimensions from Amazon, a publisher, or another website, as online measurements can be inaccurate. We make the necessary fitting adjustments on our end, so please send us the actual measurements of your book.

Yes. Personalization options vary by product and may include hand-stamped names or initials, your choice of stamps and designs, laser engraving, leather colors, thread colors, hardware finishes, and other options. Many of our rifle slings can be customized with more than 200 stamp choices and five font options.

Yes. Custom work is one of our specialties. We work with individuals as well as churches, businesses, organizations, hunting groups, wedding parties, and other groups. For larger orders, visit our Bulk & Group Orders page to tell us about your project and request more information.

We use quality full-grain leather sourced primarily from American tanneries, including Hermann Oak, along with American bison leather for many of our Bible covers, bags, desk mats, and other goods. Full-grain leather retains the natural grain of the hide, so markings, grain variations, scars, and other characteristics are normal and make each piece unique.
