PLEASE NOTE:  As of 12/2/24 at 12:01 AM central time, we can no longer take orders for guaranteed Christmas delivery with FREE shipping option.

As the holiday season approaches, we want to ensure you have all the necessary information to receive your gifts in time for Christmas and gift-giving. Since each of our products are made to order, please be aware that it takes up to three weeks to hand-make your custom item, excluding any items that are "ready to ship." 

To guarantee your orders arrive by Christmas, please note the following deadlines:

  • FREE Shipping: Please place your order on or before December 1st to ensure your order is shipped by our FREE shipping deadline of December 15th.

  • UPS Next Day Air: The deadline is December 19th. Orders must be placed by December 4th.

  • USPS Priority Mail Express: The deadline is December 19th. Orders must be placed by December 4th. 

*Please remember that we will be closed the week of Christmas, so these are the last days for FREE and Expedited shipping with delivery on or by Christmas. *These are estimates based on UPS and USPS guidelines in the continental USA. 

However, these dates are subject to change depending on order volume, so we recommend placing your order as soon as possible.  

We are dedicated to providing exceptional products and ask for your patience and understanding during this busy season. While we do offer expedited shipping options, please remember that these do not affect the time required to create each item. 

Please also note that we are not responsible for packages once they leave our facilities, so we encourage you to order early to ensure timely delivery for all your gift-giving needs. If your order is over $100.00, we recommend getting insurance. Our Free shipping option comes with $100.00 insurance coverage for shipments to USA addresses. 

Just to remind you, we will be closed on November 27th and 28th for Thanksgiving and from December 20th through January 2nd for the Christmas holiday. We will resume normal operations on January 5th, 2025

We are currently about 3 weeks out on production.  Thank you for supporting our small business. Made in the USA.

Since each of our products are made to order, please be aware that it takes up to three weeks to hand-make your custom item, excluding any items that are "ready to ship." 

To guarantee your orders arrive by Christmas, please note the following deadlines:

  • FREE Shipping: Please place your order on or before December 1st to ensure your order is shipped by our FREE shipping deadline of December 15th. We are choosing December 15 as our ship-by date to help offset any postal delays. There are upgraded shipping options available at checkout if you need your order sooner.
  • Just to remind you, we will be closed on November 26th and 27th for Thanksgiving.  We are working hard during this busy season and truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any questions, please reach out. We are always here to help.

Father’s Day Deadline 2025:

  • Orders placed on or before May 26th will ship in time for Father’s Day, based on current turnaround times.

  • Orders placed after May 26th may not arrive by Father’s Day.

  • Please note: While we’ll do our part to ship on time, we are not responsible for carrier delays once your order leaves our hands. 

  • If you order something from us, for example, on May 20th, 2025, it will be shipped sometime during the week of June 9th, 2025. 

  • Please note that opting for expedited shipping will enhance the shipping speed once the item leaves our shop; however, it does not reduce the production time.

  • If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know in the order comments. We will try our best to help, but we can't promise it will arrive sooner than the expected time.
